Bourgogne - Filthy French Firepower

The Bourgogne has its share of weaknesses, low HP pool, lack of armor, only 380mm guns and low penetration on those. Yet the speed of the ship combined with the concealment allows it to manuever well and 12 BB guns with a main battery reload booster can just be straight filthy.
