Pasta roller into grain mill project - pt 1

If you want to store grains at home for a while, then using whole grains has advantages over crushed. Grain mills play an important role in home brewing but are quite expensive. Pasta rollers, on the other hand are relatively cheap. I picked this one up for £10. Part 1 - I explaint what I intend to do with the roller and what I think needs doing to it to make it into a grain mill.
