Can Mario 64 be beaten if it was covered in lava?

I tried speedrunning Super Mario 64, but I modded the floor to be Lava. How will I get 16 stars when the traditional route is unavailable? You might of seen Smallant’s video Super Mario Odyssey but the floor is lava, so I wondered what that would look like in Super Mario 64. Super Mario 64 but I modded the game so the floor is lava. I wonder how Emiru or Mizkif would speedrun this Mario 64 rom hack. In the video I won’t be getting the Super Mario 64 120 star world record, although I’ll be having fun playing SM64. Should I get other people like Ludwig, Mizkif, and Emiru to try this out? Or should I get Jschlatt to speedrun SM64. Let me know!
