Organize Tool Batteries for $8 (DeWalt, Milwaukee, Bosch, Ryobi, Makita etc.) - quick and easy!

Here is a VERY EASY way to organize your big tool batteries (20V, 40V, 60V). Get a 2x4, grab a few INEXPENSIVE battery clips (I used DeWalt but they also exist for Milwaukee, Bosch, Ryobi and many other brands), line them up and mount them on a wall or a shelf. Links to the battery clips on Amazon: 5-pack DeWalt https://amzn.to/3vk8GaL 14-pack DeWalt https://amzn.to/3shI6gt Milwaukee https://amzn.to/3heEwgV Bosch https://amzn.to/3IiH6OF Ryobi https://amzn.to/3M1HCDh Makita https://amzn.to/3JYdZ3S (make sure you check the voltage, make sure the clips are for the right batteries) The spacing for the big DeWalt FlexVolt batteries was 3 3/4" which leaves about 1/4" gap between the big FlexVolt batteries. The smaller batteries take up less room but since I may be upgrading to bigger batteries in the future I used 3 3/4" for all the clips. Just a short video on my set-up, sorry for the shaking, I didn't use a tripod this time. This was just a quick 10 minute project on the weekend. The shelves we're using are wooden HEJNE shelves from Ikea, inexpensive and sturdy and I can mount various 2x4 additions etc. directly on them. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/search/pro...
