BE SURE YOUR OIL AND LYE WATER IS ROOM TEMPERATURE AND BE SURE TO COOK ON LOW AND WATCH CLOSE AS THIS IS A BIG BATCH AND COULD RISE ABOVE YOU CROCK POT. DO NOT USE SMALLER CROCK POT THAN NOTED ABOVE.
