I'll also be uploading a variety of other videos, so please enjoy! ___________ ◎Fried Horse Mackerel 3 horse mackerel Salt and pepper, a pinch each Flour, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, and frying oil, to taste [A] 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/2 onion (minced) 1 teaspoon grated ginger Salt and pepper, a pinch each 1.5 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce Dried bonito flakes, to taste Finely chopped parsley, to taste Shredded cabbage, to taste ___________ [Cooking Steps] 1. Remove the head, innards, and vein from the horse mackerel, wash thoroughly, and drain. Open the horse mackerel, remove the backbone, belly bone, and dorsal fin, and seal the opening to return it to its original state. 2. Season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs, in that order.
