4-ingredient Coconut Ice Cream - Thai Street Food

Here's an old-school, authentic Thai street using ONLY coconut products. Coconut milk, coconut water, coconut (palm) sugar. No dairy, no eggs (yes it's vegan). It's an old style that's even hard to find nowadays. But luckily, you can make it at home pretty easily as long as you have an ice cream machine!
