January 2022 Caribbean Cruise P&O Britannia Part 1

The one with part one in it! Our end of pandemic 14 night Caribbean Cruise on P&O cruises flagship Britannia. January 2022 and we've finally made it back to the Caribbean. Come cruise with us as we set sail from the chilly Isle of Wight and make our way to Barbados after a night in The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel via London Gatwick. A short 8 hour hop across the pond in Premium Class seats with TUI on a Boeing Dreamliner and we swop coats and scarves for shorts and suntan oil. Our first stop being an overnight in5 Barbados we check out our suite on Deck 8 meeting out Butler. After trying out breakfast in the exclusive suite only Epicurean Restaurant we are ready for our first trip ashore. A short $5 per person taxi ride from the ship as we head off to The Boatyard for rum punch and a turtle snorkel boat trip. With a day at sea to follow we make it as far as Curacao where part 2 begins with a promise of some underwater action shots and that all elusive turtle. Hopefully Nige's new GoPro is fully waterproof!
