So it is time to run the mower in the shop and change the oil. I put a special spin on the procedure and lift the entire mower in the air with my engine hoist to facilitate the draining of the engine oil. I am sure it looks silly and it is and offers no advantage. I just think It looks cool. I do not have enough acreage to warrant the size of my mowing machine and thus considered a weekend warrior with my over rated mowing machine coupled with it’s 18.5 horse engine and the high end sulkie costing more than the average heavy duty push mower.
