Women's and Girls' Health Hub (long version)

This film showcases Lambeth’s award-winning Women's and Girls' Health Hub, an innovative model of care bringing services closer to home. Aligned with the NHS 10 Year Plan, the hub is helping shift the focus from hospital to community, with a strong emphasis on prevention and early support. The hub brings together specialist GPs, Guy’s and St Thomas’ gynecologists, Lambeth Council public health outreach teams, and bespoke projects led by voluntary sector organisations — all with an emphasis in improving health for support women and girls. By integrating care in this way, it's improving patient experiences, tackling health inequalities and supporting people to get diagnosed and supported quicker.
