The Porsche Cayenne Electric marks the beginning of a new era in Stuttgart and is the most powerful production Porsche ever. Beneath its clearly refined, aerodynamically optimized SUV design lie newly developed electric motors that, in the Turbo version, unleash up to 850 kW (1,156 hp) and a massive 1,500 Nm of torque. The result is performance previously reserved for super sports cars: 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, a top speed of 260 km/h, and recuperation power of up to 600 kW – figures on par with Formula E. But Porsche isn't just focusing on sheer power. Handling has also been completely rethought: A state-of-the-art air suspension with adaptive dampers, rear-axle steering, and torque vectoring ensure that the Cayenne Electric moves its mass with an agility that sets new standards in its class – both on and off-road. In parallel, the newly developed 113 kWh battery, thanks to 800 V technology, enables charging capacities of up to 400 kW and ranges of up to 642 km according to WLTP. Inside, occupants are greeted by the next evolutionary stage of the Porsche Driver Experience: a curved OLED display, complemented by high-quality analog controls and an interior that, according to Porsche, can be configured more individually than ever before in a Porsche.
