IFBB Vic State Championship V Australian National Championship

Leading into the IFBB Victorian state championship I wasn't able to train legs properly due to a torn groin , you can notice a huge difference with the package I brought to the Australian National stage in regards to fullness and I was also harder too , up 3kg in the 4 week I had to bring up all of my weakness's I was quite happy with the outcome , the stage lighting wasn't great at the national show and we all look quite washed out , but backstage all of the competitors had savage physiques and they made us battle round after round until they finally decided on who will place ....
