Receta de APERITIVO de OREJA DE CERDO

Every part of the pig is used! If there's one animal from which you can use every part, it's the pig. As a tribute to the pig, the chefs show us how to prepare a delicious appetizer made with pig's ear, and they'll do it two different ways. They'll fry the whole ear in a pot of boiling oil, or prepare them in strips, dredged in flour, and fried. They also cook a delicious recipe for Iberian pork cheeks and a pig's tail stew, both perfect for dipping bread.
