Flow workout series is a mix of hybrid full body workouts starting with workout number one which is 30 minutes of exercise and increasing to 60 minutes by workout number ten. You'll need 3 pairs of dumbbells, a light pair, a medium pair and a heavy pair in order to get through every workout diligently and injury free. If you have a flat bench at your disposal then that's great but if you don't then you can perform the full body dumbbell workouts as part of flow series using the floor or some alternative elevated surface. You can exercise to flow series as often as every other day and you can repeat the cycle and start at the beginning once finished.
