Milton Keynes is a large town in Buckinghamshire, England, located approximately 50 miles north-west of London. Join us, as we travel back and forth between Fenny Stratford, Bletchley, Soulbury and more as we turn the boat for the exterior paint job shown in last weeks vlog. We encounter quaint bridges and locks, each a testament to the rich industrial history of the canal system. We discover Ouzel Valley Park, a hidden gem in Milton Keynes. The park boasts picturesque waterways, meadows, and woodlands. . We also have some friends visit and take them on a little cruise near Water Eaton. Our narrowboat journey through Milton Keynes is one we thoroughly enjoyed giving us a unique perspective of this vibrant city, exploring its waterways, parks, and historical sites. It's a memorable way to appreciate the harmony of urban planning and natural beauty that define Milton Keynes and we are glad to have chosen this area to spend our time travelling backwards and forwards.
