The animated film "Using the End-of-Life Care Pathway" was developed in March 2021, commissioned by IKNL, in collaboration with Erasmus MC, Karin van der Rijt, internist-oncologist and professor of palliative oncology care, and Lia van Zuylen, internist-oncologist and professor of clinical palliative care, Kuria. The End-of-Life Care Pathway, the End-of-Life Care Guidelines, and the Dutch Quality Framework for Palliative Care (2017) served as the basis. The film is part of the Online Basic Module: End-of-Life Care Pathway (https://palliaweb.nl/basismodule-en-s.... The film can also be used for promotional, educational, and training purposes and can be shown at meetings. The film was developed with the target group of healthcare providers who (will) implement the care pathway within their healthcare organization in mind. The film provides a concise summary of the use of the End-of-Life Care Pathway.
