- “¿Paella a la leña? Lo que nadie te cuenta del Chiringuito Ayo”
🔥 On this trip to Nerja, I went straight to the legendary Chiringuito Ayo to try their famous paella cooked over a wood fire. Surrounded by the aroma of the sea, the beachy atmosphere, and steaming spoonfuls, I thoroughly enjoyed one of the Costa del Sol's most iconic dishes. My verdict? A reasonable 7: delicious, hearty, but with room for improvement. Join me on this gastronomic tour along the Mediterranean and discover if it's truly worth it!
