"SILLY BILLY" EXTREME DEMON LAYOUT

This layout was started back in february for an event ZameGD and I invented called Laybruary. The goal was simply to make as many good layouts as possible during the month. After making the first five, I was confident I could tackle a project of this scale before March. Four months later I am proud to present my largest, and best project to date. This level will be decorated, and will serve as my third and likely final attempt at getting a rated level. The deco will not be themed around the Silly Billy mod. The level is a standalone project that happens to use the song.
