Come with us on a slow 4K walking tour through three of the loveliest villages of the Côte d'Azur, Èze, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Grimaud, from the cliffs above Monaco to the hills above the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Filmed in 4K with only the natural sounds of each village, no narration and no music, just the walk itself. We begin high above the sea in Èze, a medieval village perched on a rock 450 metres over the Mediterranean, between Nice and Monaco, where honey-stone lanes climb to an exotic garden set among the ruins of a castle. From there we wander the ramparts of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the artists' village near Nice that drew Chagall, Matisse and Picasso for its light, and where Marc Chagall now rests in the little cemetery. Finally we climb the streets of Grimaud, a true Provençal village crowned by a feudal castle, looking out over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, a bay once known as the Gulf of Grimaud.
