Lamezia a Firenze in Tesla: viaggio elettrico da 2000Km. Quante soste in autostrada?

An all-electric trip from Lamezia Terme to Florence (almost 2,000 km round trip) in our Tesla Model 3. Another electric highway travel experience, offering comfort, zero emissions, and smart charging stops, that we'd like to share with you on the Electric Cactus channel. We departed from the heart of Calabria and headed toward Tuscany, crossing the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway and then the Autostrada del Sole, through Calabria itself, a bit of Basilicata, Campania, Lazio, and half of Tuscany, stopping at Tesla Superchargers in Lagonegro and Arezzo, as well as at the FreetoX charging stations right in the rest areas, without leaving the highway when necessary (including a coffee stop to avoid a nap in the afternoon). During our stay in Florence, no urban charging was necessary: ​​a strategic stop (in one of the worst service areas in Italy...) allowed us to move freely between Florence, Fiesole, and Prato without a care in the world. All in the spirit of relaxation, with memorable dinners and lunches like the one with Andrea and Barbara at Cantinetta Antinori. All travel, including fixed parking at a BeCharge charging station that hasn't yet been activated, is designed to promote the efficiency of electric mobility. So, let's all virtually climb into our Tesla Model 3 together to demonstrate how electric travel is increasingly simple today and similar—in terms of convenience and time—to traveling in a fossil-fuel vehicle. The highway is no longer a problem: the infrastructure is ready, and charging times integrate perfectly with the natural breaks of each journey. Of course, more charging stations are needed between Lagonegro and Caserta (currently only available in Lancursi, but they're not very fast, only 150kW, and not even FreetoX).
