On this trip through Mangalore roads we travel from Nanthoor to Kuloor via Kottara Chowki along NH 66. The highway in question connects Panvel to Cape Comorin, passing through the states of Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. It is worth noting that Nanthoor is notorious for traffic jams whose periods of non-movement are grwoing by the day with absolutely no relief coming from the administration whatsoever. We then continue our journey northwards along NH 66 and reach near Padua school. Taking the road proceeding towards the left will take you either to the Kadri Temple or Kadri Park. The route is currently under development in resemblance to the commercial street in Bangalore. the project was first mooted by Ex IAS officer and MLA JR Lobo. We however continue along NH 66 and reach Basaveshwara circle which colloquially is known as KPT circle and none, not even the locals call it the prior mentioned name. We then proceed along NH 66 and pass by Kadri Fire station, AJ Hospital, AJ Kuntikan Flyover, Kuntikan DMart, Hotel BMS and Lohith Nagar. It is worth mentioning that Lohith Nagar is the road passing to the Left before Hotel BMS while proceeding South. Although its landmark is AJ hospital it is legally known as Lohith Nagar. We then pass over Kottara Chowki Flyover. The area to the right of the flyover is known as Malemar and the road going in that direction will take you to near Derebail. Proceeding along NH 66 we then pass by AJ Institute of Engineering and Technology, VRL Logistics Mangalore Branch office and finally reach Kuloor Junction. Taking a right turn at Kuloor junction will take you to Kavoor Junction. This vlog gives information concerning prominent location along NH 66 from Nanthoor to Kuloor including Nanthoor Junction, Way to Kadri Temple, NH 66, Way to Padua School, KPT Junction, Way to Bejai, Way to Airport Road, Kadri Fire Station, AJ Hospital, AJ or Kuntikan Flyover, Kuntikan DMart, Hotel BMS, Way to Lohith Nagar, Service road to Kottara Chowki, Way to Malrmar, Kottara Chowki Flyover, Way to Ashoknagar, AJ institute of Engineering and Technology, VRL Logistics, Kuloor Flyover, Kuloor Junction and Way to Kavoor Junction.
