Después de 40 años volvió a estas Barrancas del Rancho

In this adventure, the Exploring Zacatecas team visits the Tarasco community in Villanueva, invited by Don Salvador Reveles, who, along with his friends Manuel, Jesús, and Pancho, guides us through the hidden corners of his land. The main objective was to explore the region's impressive canyons, but the journey holds many surprises. Along the way, Don Manuel shows us a rock where, according to local lore, pre-Hispanic people painted an eagle using a different colored earth, leaving a historical mark steeped in mystery. The hike wasn't without its mishaps, as Don Salvador takes a tumble while we're descending the canyon. Further along, we discover a small spring inhabited by a turtle, a beehive hidden in a tree branch, and a water tank that Don Manuel helped build with other members of the community. We also found a tree completely covered in ivy, and we arrived at a very special place: a spot near the canyons where the teachers used to take Don Manuel and his friends for wonderful picnics when they were children, a place filled with memories and nostalgia. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to cross into the deepest part of the canyons, as the path was blocked by poison ivy, making it too dangerous to continue. The video ends at the canyon's water tanks, old structures that once belonged to the hacienda and still hold water, silent witnesses to the ranch's history. A tour full of nature, history, memories, and ranch life that you can't miss. #ExploringZacatecas #TarascoVillanueva #Canyons #ZacatecasSpring #RanchLife #ZacatecasRanchs #CountrysideAdventure If you know of any interesting places to explore, send us a message on WhatsApp. 494 949 1969
