HIP KEY to SECRETARY sequence on the AERIAL SILKS (Tutorial!)

This is a tutorial on how to do a L1 or Advanced Beginner Sequence to go from Hip Key, to what I call "Secretary," followed by a pretty little "Bird" shape, and how to get gracefully out. As always remember when you are practicing Aerial Silks on your own always use a gymnastics mat for safety. A little bit about my background: My name is Laurie Bloom and I am ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified in both Group Fitness and Personal Training and also have a 200 hour Yoga Certification from Yoga Renew. I toured the world as a dancer when I was younger and now I train Aerial Silks and Contortion as a 43 year old adult. My mantra is: It's Never Too Late!
