Word Copilot Legal Agent: Comments and Track Changes with AI

Microsoft Copilot in Word now includes a Legal Agent -- and it can redline your documents using comments and track changes. In this video, I walk you through exactly how it works using a sample nondisclosure agreement. To use the Legal Agent, two things must be in place: your organization needs to be enrolled in the Frontier Program (early Copilot preview), and Anthropic must be enabled in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Both require an admin -- you cannot enable these yourself as an end user. Once set up, you access the Legal Agent through the Copilot task pane in Word. I show you how to prompt it to act as a redliner, what it produces (comments, insertions, and deletions via track changes), and how to apply or dismiss each suggested change individually or all at once.
