spent a very relaxing day with my better half at the Suffolk owl sanctuary / birds of prey centre in stonham barns - stonham aspal in Suffolk IP14 6AT, These birds are absolutely stunning and the staff get some of them to fly low over your heads for a greater experience and carry some of them between the seating areas (do not attend if you think this will scare you) or you can sit farther around the stand out of the way, so if your lost for something to do then check out their website for dates and times and pop along for a very entertaining day out, they have two displays each day with different birds each time, there is also a play park for the children to burn themselves out in, ps - they also have a shopping boulevard with craft and gift shops etc for your better halves to look around and spend YOUR hard earned cash !!
