Ingredients: Potato Flour Sugar Beer Sparkling water Cod Sour cream Mayonnaise Shallot Parsley Recipe: 1. Mix the flour, sugar, and beer. 2. Add sparkling water. 3. Cut the cod into pieces. 4. Dip the cod in the batter. 5. Fry for 3 minutes in oil. 6. Wash the potatoes, slice them into chips, and fry them for one minute in oil. 7. Cut the potatoes into fries and fry them in two batches: 6 minutes at 140 degrees Celsius (285 degrees Fahrenheit) and 3 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
