This is the Griddler I have - https://amzn.to/2QN7vdk Steamer Tray - https://amzn.to/2DhUmX0 The pans I use - https://amzn.to/2MVjsKY Cooking Basics Sauteeing Place vegetables in a pan over medium/low heat, add in 2-3 tbsp of liquid and cover. Cook 3-5 minutes covered, then take the lid off and continue to cook until all the water evaporates. Dry Frying Use a good nonstick pan or skillet. Place food over low/medium heat and let cook uncovered until the bottom begins to brown. 10 minutes for pancakes, 30 minutes for hash browns. Then flip and let cook half the time it cooked on the first side. Steaming Place 2 inches of water in the bottom of a pot, place in a steamer tray and add in your vegetables. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to a simmer and let cook 10 minutes or until your veggies are soft when pricked with a fork. Boil & Simmer For cooking any stews, soups, chilis etc. place all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
