💛FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORKOUT, OPEN THE DESCRIPTION 💛 A resistance band, elastic band, or resistance band is something I recommend for all types of training and fitness levels, whether for isolated exercises, to assist other exercises, or even just as a warm-up and muscle activation. It's inexpensive and fits in your gym bag or travel bag, so you can take it everywhere. This week's workout is for arms and upper body. Many women don't like to train their upper body for fear of becoming too muscular. First of all, this doesn't happen overnight without a reinforced diet and adequate supplementation (and we don't have the same testosterone levels as men, so our ability to build muscle is lower), so your arm workouts will only help to define them a little and give a more elegant look, in addition to the increased strength that we all should have, or we wouldn't be women who go for it! This workout is super simple, nothing advanced or exhausting, and anyone can do it.
