Learning The Kontakt Scripting Language: Session 4 - Debugging & Customizing
Come along as I dive into KSP: Kontakt Script Processing. In this session, we cover basic tactics for debugging our script and a way to maintain custom values when saving an instrument patch. KSP in Kontakt is a super powerful way to create intricate functionality within a Kontakt Virtual Instrument. I've recently taken a deep interest in software instrument development, a path similar to sound design, and am very invested in learning to create my own Kontakt instruments. Be warned, this series will be a lot of me reading directly from the manual and will get quite technical since this is literally code programming, but it's all in the pursuit of musical creativity.
