Adjustable harness line systems for wing foiling can be expensive to buy off the shelf, so in this video I'm showing you how to build your own from scratch, using a 3D printed mount, some Ronstan shock blocks, and a handful of knots. This setup lashes straight onto your boom with rope, adjusts on the fly, and once you know the four knots involved, it only takes a few minutes to rig.
