Summer has officially arrived in the Midwest, and with it comes rising temperatures, abundantly blooming roses and dahlias, as well as my least favorite garden addition: the Japanese beetle (a recurring yearly battle fought in my area of the world).  Spend a few restful days at home with me, puttering around in the garden with nature with my four little cheerful feathered companions as I search for treasures to create a whimsical floral arrangement with.
