British Airways teams up with Emma Bunton for Red Nose Day 2017

For Red Nose Day, Emma Bunton dressed as British Airways’ customer service representative ‘Ems’ to surprise customers in Heathrow T5. Filmed undercover, here are some of the best bits. Red Nose Day takes place March 24, 2017 and the airline would like to thank its customers and staff for raising £15 million for the charity over the past seven years.
