Aerial Hoop TUTORIAL: NO LEGS Chest Stand SPLIT
This is a beautiful variation on a classic aerial hoop trick using the top bar - it's the chest stand split taking both legs off the top bar and into an aerial hoop split. This is a great intermediate / advanced aerial hoop move, and it's also a pretty lyra trick to add to aerial hoop choreography for more advanced aerialists. My INSTAGRAM: / cara.chapma. .
