This 55-minute video is packed with winter travel vibes, small-town exploring, delicious food reviews, and a cozy van-life overnight stay. As the snow begins to fall, I roll into Stratford—famous for the Stratford Festival, Shakespeare-themed attractions, and incredible architecture. I haven’t visited since I was 15, so this trip is packed with nostalgia, memories, and brand-new discoveries. I tour the stunning downtown core, hunt for a perfect stealth camping location, and explore the beauty of this historic community while the storm builds around me. Our first food stop is the jaw-dropping Revival House, a gorgeous restaurant inside a converted church. I dive into a bowl of rich butternut squash soup, warm marinated olives, and the star of the show—a fall-off-the-bone lamb shank served with mashed potatoes, heirloom carrots, and arugula. If you're a foodie, you’re going to want to see this meal from start to finish. After dinner, I head over to The Little Prince Cine Lounge, officially the world’s smallest movie theatre with only 12 seats! I grab bottomless popcorn, candy, and enjoy a private showing of Caught Stealing while the snow piles up outside. The night ends with a wintery walk back to the Sprinter van “Moose,” firing up the heater, getting cozy, and settling in for a true stealth camping winter sleepover. If you love van life, Ontario travel, food tours, and stealth camping in snowy conditions, this is the perfect video for you.
