Breskens can be reached by bicycle but also via the Belgian bus De Lijn Brugge - Breskens. The region is quiet, but especially those who are interested in walks by the sea, cycling routes and this atmosphere can spend a nice day there. Also the possibility of renting bicycles, see video.
