Nora Cosmetics is the first beauty brand to come out of Botswana, her story is rather very intriguing and interesting. Nora has since updated her branding, increased her production line and created a strong household name through her aggressive marketing approach. She has plenty more for us coming.. Neo Beauty is a lipstick beauty brand created by Neo Molema who is a seasoned marketing and advertising specialist by profession. The inception of her brand also stems from a personal story of being anemic. It was her anemic condition that inspired her to create a lipstick with the help of a micro-biologist. A fairly new brand in the market but has made huge strides both locally and across borders of Southern Africa. Both these brands are exceptionally powerful in their own right. Katlego Gaborone (co-host) joined me in auditing brand positioning, marketing strategy, target market engagement strategy and branding of both brands.
