Where was Jesus in his "missing years?"
There's a theory, popular among Ahmadiyyah, New Agers, and Buddhists, that during Jesus' "missing years" (the years between 12 and 30) he traveled to the far east. While traveling through India, Tibet, and Nepal, this theory says Jesus picked up Buddhist and Hindu teachings which he took back with him to Israel during his adult years of public ministry.
