Sanju Luidens-Daryanani is a prominent destination marketing executive who has served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) since 2011. With over two decades of experience spanning marketing, finance, and tourism, she is widely recognized for her leadership in expanding Aruba's global tourism footprint. Career Highlights & Leadership Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA): As CMO, Luidens leads the island's local and international destination marketing strategy. She has been highly instrumental in expanding Aruba's presence into European markets alongside its core US traveler base, and she successfully spearheaded the island's strategic tourism recovery efforts following the COVID-19 pandemic. Privatization Project: Prior to becoming CMO, she served as a Senior Tourism Advisor to Aruba’s Minister of Tourism, Transportation, and Labour. During that time, she successfully led a major structural project to privatize the ATA, transitioning it from a standard government department into an independent, agile entity within the public sphere.
