How much HP does a Turbo BEAMS 3SGE Make?! DYNO DAY for BEAMS AE86 Drift Car!

One of the questions that is frequently asked about the BEAMS 3SGE from the Toyota Altezza is how much horsepower can it make if you add a turbocharger to it. After using a Blitz Supercharger for the last couple of years, it was finally time for me to turbocharge my car and engine. In this video, I'm running the Garrett G30-660 on a STOCK UNOPENED ENGINE with 91 pump gas - I haven't even changed the valve cover gasket since I installed it in my car almost 10 years ago. Exhaust is a 3" downpipe, then 2.5" from the "cat back". The engine being unopened is also why there is a lil bit of smoke when it's on the dyno - it needs valve seals haha. I was astounded at how much power it made. In the future, I'd like to test ethanol on a stock engine to see what it'll do!
