Rebuilding a Classic British Van | Bedford CF Conversion

Follow us on our ambitious project as we seek to restore a classic British Bedford CF, as well as design and build a unique habitation unit, in a bid to save a quintessential British piece of history and create a one-of-a-kind campervan. In this episode we focus on completing the main body of the self-build camper van box. This includes raising the rear wall in to position, designing and building the over-cab sleeping area and attaching the roof. Lots of thought and planning was required for this stage, and with no previous experience in this field, it was far from straight forward. We're super happy with the result and are confident that we've build a structurally sound box, ready to be fitted with skylights, windows and vents in the next episode.
