The Oxford Diploma Keynote 2023 delivered by Professor Jan Paulsson

The Oxford Diploma Keynote titled 'Blind corners of arbitration' was delivered on 13 September 2023 by Professor Jan Paulsson as part of Ciarb's prestigious annual Diploma in international Commercial Arbitration, taking place for the first time in person since 2019. Professor Paulsson provided reflections on the past 50 years, having observed how International arbitrators have changed the way they view their metier.
