( Google the window pane test if you're unfamiliar its a really easy way to test if your dough is the right texture!!!) Shape Dough and let double in size, time will depend on the temp of your home, or you can let it rise over night in the fridge Once doubled, roll out the dough, spread fillings and shape your rounds place in a tray for a second rise, before baking.
