Destimulating My Life | My Roaring 20s

I've been noticing myself lose attention pretty quickly recently and it's starting to be a problem with my productivity. I would call myself a phone addict because of how often I look at my phone when my mind is bored but that's not very productive. So to help me concentrate on one topic I wanted to challenge myself and see if I can make a 6 to 7 minute vlog in 24 hours. It was a rough process and showed me a little into what daily vlogging looks like. Let's just say I won't be daily vlogging anytime soon on here.
