Surly Front Rack and Rear Nice Rack Installation Tips
A few tips on installing Surly racks. I apologize for filming in portrait but it was the only way to get the entire fork into frame without clipping or being too far away...and I'm a YouTube newb. This works great with panniers as well. No issues rubbing at least with the ogre. Try a 32 front ring. Really gives it a great granny gear and a more than decent speed in high. I have a 52 on the rear cassette. The wolftooth asymmetric works well. It's not a Biopace that ruined knees. All the Surly gear is supreme. Tubus will save a lot of weight but I love how stout these racks are.
