A poll released this Wednesday (15) shows President Lula (PT) eight points ahead of Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) in the simulation of the 2nd round of the presidential election. Lula has 45% of the voting intentions against Flávio's 37%. In all four second-round scenarios, President Lula would be re-elected. The smallest difference is against Flávio Bolsonaro, and the widest advantage is against Renan Santos, by twelve percentage points. In the 1st round of elections, Lula leads with 40% of voting intentions, followed by Flávio Bolsonaro (28%). Journalist Pedro Figueiredo comments on how leaders close to the evangelical segment dealt with the Banco Master scandals linked to presidential pre-candidate Flávio Bolsonaro (PL). "I was talking to some leaders who are close to the evangelical segment, and they were explaining to me how Flávio Bolsonaro is losing strength in that segment. (...) So that's a first point that ended up negatively affecting Flávio Bolsonaro."
