LPM Webinar: ORCAs in Action Summer Success Tour

Our first stop takes us to Georgia, where representatives from the Georgia Retailers Organized Crime Alliance (GROC) and partnering DA’s will discuss their partnership to deliver courtroom readiness training for retail investigators and Asset Protection professionals. Next, we'll head to the Carolinas for a remarkable success story demonstrating how conversations can become legislation. Leaders from the Carolinas Organized Retail Crime Association (CORCA), alongside local prosecutors, will share the journey of a legislative initiative that began with a discussion around a table after an ORCA event and ultimately resulted in meaningful changes to state law. We'll also get an update from the Cook County Retail Organized Crime Association (CCROC) on the evolution of the National ORC Blitz initiative. Following the tremendous success of the 2025 National ORC Blitz Day - which brought together retailers, law enforcement, and prosecutors across the country - organizers will share what's planned for 2026. Finally, we'll dissect a major ORC investigation, examining the clues, decisions, partnerships, and investigative techniques that started with a single lead and ultimately unraveled an organized criminal network.
