DMRC पर भी चलेगा DDA का बुलडोजर! Yamuna Floodplain पर Delhi High Court का सख्त आदेश

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने यमुना फ्लडप्लेन पर DMRC के अवैध कब्जे को हटाने का सख्त आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि फ्लडप्लेन पर किसी भी तरह का निर्माण या औद्योगिक गतिविधि पर्यावरण के लिए खतरा है। DMRC को 31 मार्च 2026 तक बैचिंग प्लांट और कास्टिंग यार्ड हटाकर इलाके को प्राकृतिक रूप में बहाल करना होगा। यह फैसला यमुना संरक्षण और बाढ़ नियंत्रण की दिशा में बड़ा कदम माना जा रहा है। The Delhi High Court has issued a strict order to remove DMRC's illegal encroachment on the Yamuna floodplain. The court stated that any construction or industrial activity on the floodplain poses a threat to the environment. DMRC must remove the batching plant and casting yard by March 31, 2026, and restore the area to its natural state.
