The one I'm proposing today is a watercolor painting method that involves thin layers of color, starting from the lightest shades and working towards the darkest ones. Always referring to the gray we chose for the monochrome painting, which in this case is made up of two colors: Ivory Black and Ultramarine Blue. This video aims to demonstrate an approach to watercolor for beginners. A watercolor painting suitable for beginners, because it shows how to gain a grasp of color without having to think about precise contours, but rather using light brushstrokes to get in tune with this painting technique and find pleasure in experimenting with it, having fun while simultaneously trying to understand how color behaves in the presence of water or without water and whether it is superimposed on a drier or wetter surface. Try these simple exercises; you'll find greater satisfaction and less frustration, especially at the beginning.
