We Drive the Legendary Dalton Highway in our Budget Overlander | Overlanding to Alaska Episode 4

In our final episode, we take on the legendary Dalton Highway in our budget overlander. Known as the Haul Road, and made famous by the show Ice Road Truckers, the Dalton takes you from Fairbanks, AK to the industrial town of Deadhorse at Prudhoe Bay. On the way, you go over the highest road pass in Alaska, Atigun Pass, through the stunning Brooks Range mountains. Once in Deadhorse, it's a resupply and refuel kind of town, and the final leg of the trip to the Arctic Ocean, requires a shuttle ride through oil field company security checkpoints before reaching the shores of Prudhoe Bay.
