Unfortunately in New Zealand, we don't have a very good selection of mushrooms to grow, and on top of that the mushroom species we do like to grow enjoy temperatures of 18c+ during the day. It's for that reason we need to troubleshoot cold weather in the mushroom fruiting room, and keep the temperature warmer during the day and night cycle. Our oyster mushrooms like an ideal day temperature of 18-20c, and a night temperature of around 16-17c.
